Representing a new era of HR, I bring fresh thinking and a modern approach. It’s what sets me apart.

I am based on the Kapiti Coast, Wellington. I provide HR Consulting for small businesses in New Zealand, to meet your needs.

My experience expands both Australia & New Zealand, and this has enhanced my capability, leadership, influencing, and dealing with ambiguity and working with diverse stakeholders.

I have experience in HR start up, full HR life cycle starting from your sourcing & recruitment, onboarding, employment relations, performance management, HR strategy, leadership, wellbeing, and culture. I am agile, solutions focused, and pride myself on my exceptional communication skills, and ability to engage people at all levels.

I am an ICF accredited Transformative Coach, which means I can equip you with the skills to empower you to achieve your goals and make identified changes in order to create more fulfilment and meaning in your work and life.

I can support leaders to develop coaching skills for authentic leadership that builds collaborative, connected and innovative workplaces and brings out the best in people.
